At Trunki 🤩, we want you to love your new fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Trunki 🤩 tags are intact, and include your printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; keep your tracking number for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
